How to order

Add products to your cart and click “Place Order”, entering your name and phone. The request instantly reaches our managers — they will contact you, confirm availability and send an invoice. You can also order by phone 8 705 894 52 32 or via WhatsApp.

Payment

Payment is made via the invoice issued by the manager: Kaspi transfer, Kaspi Pay, or cash/card on pickup in store.

Delivery in Shymkent

We deliver across Shymkent by courier on the same or next day. The manager will confirm delivery cost and time with you.

Store pickup

Pick up your order free of charge at either store: 53/2 Tauke Khan Avenue or 10 Ilyaeva Street. Daily from 9:00 to 20:00.

Shipping across Kazakhstan

We ship to other cities of Kazakhstan (Almaty, Astana, Taraz, Turkistan and more) via CDEK, Kazpost or other carriers — arranged with the manager.
